Who uses Omnify?

Omnify is used by all kinds of businesses in Fitness, Sports, wellness, Recreation, trainers, coaches and instructors. If you have a fitness studio and take memberships; tennis court or soccer fields and take slot based bookings; if you are trainer and take classes, workshops and camps or if you organize events, Omnify is for you.

Do I get a website while signing up for Omnify?

Yes, Omnify gives you a hosted website (yourbusiness.getomnify.com). You can customise your website, list your offerings and collect payments from your clients online. You can point your clients to yourbusiness.getomnify.com and collect bookings even when you are closed.

I have a website, can I integrate the booking system to my website?

Quite seamlessly. You can embed the booking widget in your website. Just copy and paste the code we give you into your website builder. You can view the tutorial and do it yourself or send the code to your website developer.

Will Omnify work on mobiles and tablets?

Omnify is designed to work with iPhone and Android. It is fully compatible with any device. You just need a working internet connection.

Can I use Omnify in any browser?

Yes. Omnify is supported in all modern browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11.

Can I make changes to my website?

Definitely. You can customise your website, upload your logo, photos, contact information, social links anytime you want. You can create and publish your facilities, events, classes etc from the dashboard and collect bookings online instantly. No technical expertise needed.

Can I export client contacts and booking details from my Omnify database?

You can also export your booking and client records from Omnify in .csv format anytime. You can download daily reports or can select a range of dates.

How long does the free trial last?

Omnify's online booking and business management software is free for 14 days from your sign-up date. We have a long trial period so that you can try it out and see how it works for your business. You don't need to enter a credit card for the free trial, so there's no reason to worry about being charged if you decide not to continue.

How much does Omnify cost after the free trial?

You can continue with the pay-as-you-go plan. In this plan, you don’t pay any subscription fee and pay us only if you make any online bookings. The premium plans start from as low as $25 per month. Based on your business size, you can decide which pricing plan, you want to buy.

How and when do I get billed?

At the end of your free trial, we'll ask you to enter a credit card and automatically charge it each month or if you pay from your debit card, you will have to renew it every month. If you take the yearly plan, the subscription amount is offered at flat 20% discount.

Does it cost my clients anything to book an appointment online?

There is a minimum internet handling fee which needs to be paid by your customer during every transaction.

What if I want to cancel the service?

You can cancel at any time and we won't charge your credit card again. You can export your booking history and client list. Once the term you paid for is over, access will be terminated. If you decide to come back, you can restore your account anytime by contacting support@getomnify.com. However, if you terminate your subscription without completing your term, no amount will be refunded and your account will remain active till the subscribed term period.

Do you ever sell my clients' contact information?

No, never. Your client data is confidential and we handle it with care. Omnify respects user privacy and does not spam or sell contact info.

Can my clients see who else has booked for a specific event, class or session?

No, clients can only see available slots for the event, class or session.

Can I limit what features and data my employees can access?

Yes, as an admin, you set the access level for other users. You can give full-access or restrict them to only limited features.

How will I know when someone makes an appointment online?

Omnify notifies you via email when a booking is made. Omnify also sends your client auto confirmation messages and reminders via Email.

Can I block or make slots unavailable for my clients?

Yes, definitely. If you are unavailable or there is some maintenance or due to some other activity, you want to make the slots unavailable to your clients. You can simply do that by disabling that particular slot or slots from your dashboard.

What if a client needs to reschedule or cancel?

You can set your cancellation policy and decide how much advance notice is required. Clients can’t cancel themselves online, they will have to contact you and you can make cancellations from your dashboard or reschedule.

Can I still take appointments from clients who call instead?

Most definitely. You can take appointments over the phone or in person and add it to your Dashboard. You can also send payment links to your customers via Email.

Are there any chances of duplicate booking?

Omnify shows real-time availability of slots. If you have entered the details manually via your Dashboard, then the slot will automatically marked unavailable.
