What does Omnify do?

Omnify is a Services E-commerce Enablement Solution. Omnify enables service businesses to take reservations, sell their services online- via mobile device or in person, creating a seamless online booking experience for their customers. With Omnify’s platform, admins & business owners can manage every booking, customer, and transaction, and use automated tools to drive more sales from new and existing customers. 

Can I merge the Omnify service store with my already existing website?

Yes. You can embed Omnify Service Store as an iframe widget on your website. You can also embed specific services like a class or a facility and embed our button widgets.

Can I use my own subdomain name?

Yes. You can use an existing one that you own. We also provide a free getomnify.com domain name to all service stores on sign-up.

Do I need a web host?

Omnify includes secure, unlimited hosting on all plans. We offer free hosting as well as SSLs on all plans.

Can I use Omnify if I’m outside the United States?

Yes, Omnify is available worldwide. However, if you want to accept payments, there is just one important consideration:
You'll have to check if Stripe, PayPal, or RazorPay is available in your country.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Plans are based on monthly or yearly billing and as long as you cancel your plan before its renewal date you won‘t be charged again (unless you have outstanding charges such as pending prorated costs from changing your subscription).

Do you process refunds?

If you ever decide that Omnify isn’t the best solution for your business, we offer ‘no-questions-asked’ refunds within 7 days after you’ve signed up to Omnify. However, if you cancel your subscription during the middle of your subscription, Omnify will not provide you with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees as all fees paid for the Services are non-refundable. Simply cancel your account. Your account will be canceled before the next billing cycle.

How long are your contracts?

We do not have any contracts. All Omnify plans are month to month or year on year. 

What are Seasonal Plans?

Seasonal Plans are relevant for categories that are only active for a few months each year. Seasonal Plans are billed for an active period of 6 months in every 12-month period with a year-on-year billing cycle.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on annual plans. 

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
