a. Opt-out Preferences : When you register for an account, we will use your name and email address to send periodic emails to you of both promotional and transactional in nature. If you close your account with OMNIFY, we will identify your account in our database as “deleted” or “closed”.

OMNIFY and our service providers may use and store this information to provide you with location based services, search results, and other personalized content. OMNIFY will provide notifications only to those customers who accept to receive such notifications.
