1. What kind of information does OMNIFY collect?

We collect personal and other information from you when you register on our site, setup your sub-domain and/or configure your details.When ordering or registering on our website application, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, business name and/or credit card information. This is referred to as “Personal Data” or “personal information” in this Policy document.

2. For what purpose does OMNIFY collect my information?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To improve customer service :
In the context of customer support your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests.

To process transactions :

Service Providers : We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as offering customer service, processing your payment or any third party integration. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.

Legal Disclaimer : We may also disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. 4. How can I exercise my choices about receiving promotions?

a. Opt-out Preferences : When you register for an account, we will use your name and email address to send periodic emails to you of both promotional and transactional in nature. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or you can contact us at privacy@getomnify.com

b. We will also send you service related email announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. You do not have an option to opt out of these emails, which are not promotional in nature.

5. What are cookies and how does OMNIFY use cookies on its site?

6. How can I access or change my personal information, withdraw my consent, or make inquiries or complaints in relation to this Policy and OMNIFY’s privacy practices?

a. Upon request OMNIFY will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information by logging into your account or by contacting us at privacy@getomnify.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time-frame.

b. Data Retention : We will retain your Personal Data or information as needed to provide you services directly or through third party tools. How long we retain your Personal Data depends on the type of data and the purpose for which we process the data. We will retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you close your account with OMNIFY, we will identify your account in our database as “deleted” or “closed”.

7. How long is personal information retained?

We will keep your personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or such longer period as may be required by applicable law.

8. How is personal information secured?

We have adopted appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information and to safeguard personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification, in light of, among other things, the sensitivity of the information and the purposes for which it is to be used. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we do not store sensitive credit card data on our systems once the payment transaction has completed. All customer data is stored with the industry standard SHA-256 encryption.

9. Mobile privacy

When you use our mobile optimized website or our mobile application, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. OMNIFY and our service providers may use and store this information to provide you with location based services, search results, and other personalized content. OMNIFY will provide notifications only to those customers who accept to receive such notifications. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable location services in the device's settings menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device's location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or the manufacturer of your particular device.
