Hi, I'm Rebecca Jane, an entrepreneur in London.
What kind of business do you run?
I am a teacher of live daily online yoga and mindfulness. Before discovering Omnify, I used to work with students only in London, but now thanks to the Omnify platform, I span multiple continents.
What challenges were you facing, and what motivated you to solve them?
In 2020, at the start of the pandemic, my business collapsed overnight as I was no longer able to teach in my studio. I guess, along with so many other small business owners, it was a tough time. Facing the challenge of transitioning from traditional face-to-face yoga classes into a digital environment was an enormous headache. At that time, few were teaching online, and even less teaching live online. I urgently needed to find a platform to retain my customer base.
How do you use our product, and how have you benefited from using Omnify?
After scouring the internet, I stumbled upon Omnify. I did try other platforms, but I particularly liked the Stripe payment functionality and, most notably, the recurring payment for repeat bookings. Streamlining processes is so important to avoid burdensome administration. The class packs bundling also allows my customers to book for my five days of 30 minute live classes.
How has Omnify improved your day-to-day life?
Omnify allows me to concentrate on the creative component of my teaching as I pride every class on being different. With up to 5 different live classes per day, I teach a lot of yoga, making life more comfortable, particularly with automated class bookings.

The Omnify customer service is quite staggering. They are always online with simply lightning speed response times. It has been my saving grace as it improves my response time to customers keeping everyone happy.
How have we managed to help you in the growth of your business? Can you share some revenue numbers/growth percentages etc.?
In the UK, many small businesses have struggled to survive during the pandemic. So just retaining business is valuable but being able to rebuild into new markets is priceless!
