❄️New Freeze Implementation

You can now freeze an active subscription by selecting actual class days and optionally collecting a Freeze Fee.

• Select a start date based on actual class days
• Choose a resume date (aligned only to class dates)
• Confirm the freeze — done 🎉

The system automatically:

• Removes the participant from enrolled classes
• Opens up a drop-in slot for the affected schedules
• Updates the subscription timeline
• Adjusts the next renewal date correctly

💰Charge a Freeze Fee

You can now charge customers for freezing a subscription.

• Go to Freeze Settings and add a fee per week
• The Freeze Fee is automatically calculated for the selected period

✏️Edit Freeze Dates

Plans changed? No problem.

• Edit an existing freeze anytime
• Extend or shorten the freeze window

Changes reflect instantly across:

• Subscription timeline
• Class rosters
• Renewal calculations

🔁Smart Rebooking

When a freeze is partially cancelled or edited:

• Previously frozen classes are reinstated automatically
• Reinstated sessions are marked with a “Rebooked” label
• Easily identify what was paused vs. restored

🗑️Delete Freeze

Need to remove a freeze?

• Delete the freeze with one click
• All classes return to their original state
• Subscription period and renewal dates reset correctly

⚒️Freeze Settings

You can configure how freezes work for your business:

• Assign a Freeze Fee
• Set the number of freezes allowed per calendar year (Can be overridden from the Front Desk)
• Define the maximum freeze duration (Can be overridden from the Front Desk)
• Enable or disable the ability for clients to freeze their subscriptions

Freeze activity is reflected across:

• Subscription details
• Timeline view
• Class rosters
