Hi, My name is Elizabeth Buecker. I am the Supervisor (Program) at Lakeside Swim Club.
What challenges were you facing, and what motivated you to solve them?
We were looking for a booking platform with enough functionalities to serve our needs. Initially, we used SignUp Genius. But, we did not like it as it had limited functionalities and was far less organized. Also, it was not nearly as user-friendly for us.
How do you use our product, and how have you benefited from using Omnify?
We use Omnify across managing our whole facility. Members of Lakeside Swim Club must make reservations to enter and use our swimming pool or exercise room. We have hour-long reservations and half hour reservations. Omnify helps meet these reservation demands of our facility.
How has Omnify improved your day-to-day life?
Omnify has been very able to meet our reservation and scheduling needs. It has made the process of managing members smooth and effortless.
What has exceeded your expectations since working with us?
Omnify has been excellent in various parameters. One thing that totally deserves mention is the Customer Service of Omnify. The Customer Service representatives have been beneficial every time we would have a query or an issue. I would give Customer Service a 9/10. They are super-efficient and helpful, no doubt about it, but we would like them to have an even shorter response time. However, we understand that the response came a little late at times because the number of users Omnify has today has grown a lot over the last few months.
How have we managed to help you in the growth of your business? Can you share some revenue numbers/growth percentages, etc.?
Omnify has been significantly easier in keeping facility numbers under control. We think that the price point is fair.
What would you tell someone who's considering Omnify?
Overall, on the whole, Omnify software has been great for our facility. It is especially conducive for a facility like Lakeside Swim Club with multiple areas where reservations are needed. I don't think it's necessary to pay for the service if you only have one area to make reservations. For us, Omnify has been relatively easy to navigate.
