Import Family Members & Custom Fields

You can now import Family Members along with Custom Fields to your Omnify Account. Currently, the Customer Success Team will help you do that. Drop us an email at hello@getomnify.com to request import of your data.

Restrict Clients to add Family Members

A lot of our customers had come with a request to restrict the ability to add family members by clients themselves. We have added that as a feature now. If you’ve already added or imported the Family Members from your Dashboard, the clients can make bookings for the already added family members once this restriction is enabled.

Change wordings for Terms of Service & Cancellation Policies

You can now change the wordings of Terms of Service and Cancellation Policies on your Service Store. Here’s how you can do it

We’ve disabled General Check-ins on the Check-ins app

We have disabled General Check-ins from the Check-in Web App. Now when you enter a client’s name or email ID, only the ones that have an active schedule for the day can be checked in. If you still want to enable General Settings just reach out to us and we will enable it back on your account.

Update Your Address to show on your Reservation Site

You can update your facility address on your reservation site and this will amp it to Google Locations.

  • Booking Restriction Flexibility for Classes: You will soon be able to add booking restrictions on a weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Multi-location: Ability to add multiple locations from the Dashboard and easily switch between them.
  • Booking Closes Flexibility for Classes: You will be able to close bookings, hours or days in advance. On top of it, we will also add the functionality to enable bookings by clients after a class schedule has started as well.
