Hello, My name is David Spizzo, and I am the Vice President of Breezy Point Resort.

What kind of business do you run?

We run a four-season vacation resort in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota. 

What challenges were you facing and what motivated you to solve them?

Managing reservations was a concern for us. We had to come up with an efficient way to manage reservations for our pool facilities. Thanks to Omnify, it offers an easy and efficient online booking platform.

How do you use our product, and how have you benefited from using Omnify?

We needed a quick solution to implement which would allow us to manage pool access reservations. We were impressed at how well Omnify was able to administer this task. You can control the customers’ bookings, cancellations, and notifications. With simple check-ins, our clients could easily book slots. 

How has Omnify improved your day-to-day life?

Omnify gave our guests the ability to make online reservations themselves, thus freeing up our staff to focus on other tasks that needed to be completed around the property. The booking gets confirmed immediately. With features like waitlist management, we could limit the number of people in each slot and thus control the pool reservations with ease.

How have we managed to help you in the growth of your business? Can you share some revenue numbers/growth percentages etc?

Omnify has surely helped in the growth of our business. However, at this moment, we won't be able to share a figure on this.
