How Brookside Golf & Country Club Simplified Pool Reservations with Omnify

My name is Jim Callahan and I run the pool at the Brookside Golf and Country Club.
What challenges were you facing and what motivated you to solve them?
Initially, we faced a constant challenge in keeping a track of people signing up for sessions. Moreover, we had to keep an eye out at all times to ensure we didn’t have too many people signing up for any session. We realized we could benefit from a streamlined pool reservation system that would keep track of everything connected to our clients and help us stay in touch with them easily.

How do you use our product, and how have you benefited from using Omnify?
We use Omnify mainly to take care of our reservation process, from collecting relevant information to managing payments.
