FAQs

1. Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

2. Can I change my plan at any time?

Of course! You’re free to upgrade, downgrade, or delete your account whenever you like. The changes to your account will be effective as soon as the  next billing period starts.

3. Can I delete my account at any time?

Yes, you can delete your account whenever you like, but we’ll be sorry to see you go. To delete your account, you can drop an email at support@getomnify.com and we’ll delete your account within 48 hours

4. Do you offer discounts for NGOs?

Yes! We’re happy to offer NGOs  40% off the price of the subscription on a recurring basis. Please contact us at hello@getomnify.com

5. How can I get a refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we cannot issue refunds or credits for partial use of service or the amount of time left in your subscription.

6. Can I use Omnify on my own website?

Yes, you certainly can! We provide widgets and buttons for that. You can have a look at our detailed documentation here

7. Does Omnify have any Mobile apps?

Yes, we do have the Omnify Go Mobile app. You can use it to manage your schedules & clients on-the-go. It’s available on the iOS App Store and the Android Play Store. Download the iOS app & the Android App

8. What is if I cross my client limit?

The Client limit is only restricted in the Lite Plan. You. If you cross the client limit in the Lite Plan, you will be asked to upgrade to a higher plan. All the other plans give you an unlimited client limit. Yay! We would expect fair usage though :)

9. Can I have additional customisations?

Additional customisations are only available in the Enterprise Plans and there might be extra charges involved. Please contact sales@getomnify.com

10. Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Omnify for 7 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.

11. How long are your contracts?

We offer a recurring monthly billing and a recurring annual billing.. If you choose the annual contract, you get 2 months free.

12. Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer 2 months free if you buy or upgrade to Annual. We also run occasional promotions. So grab them before they’re over.

13. Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can map your domain name to  your omnify website. We also provide a free getomnify.com domain name to all accounts on sign up.

14. Do you have any transaction charges?

Stripe charges a 2.9% + $0.30 (U.S.) fee on every single transaction. Omnify charges an additional 0.5% fee on any online transaction. This 2.9% fee may vary depending on your country, currency or the card being charged. Check out Stripe Pricing.
We also have PayPal Integration. We charge 0.5% on top of the payment gateway charges.

15. Is there a limit on bookings or transactions?

Absolutely not. You're welcome to charge as much as you would like whenever you like.

16. Which currencies are supported?

Omnify can support any currency that is currently supported by Stripe and Paypal. If your country doesn’t support these two modes of Payment, we have a feature where you can take bookings without payment and send your clients directions via Email. Read more

17. Does Omnify store my card information?

No, everything is stored at Stripe. The only piece of information we store is your API key to connect to Stripe. If you delete the app, all of these keys are also automatically removed.

18. Who do I contact for support?

If there is a problem with the Omnify app (crashing, unexpected behavior, feature requests, etc), you can email the team via: support@getomnify.com. Or you can use the in-app chat inside the Dashboard.

19. What website builder does Omnify work with?

You can integrate Omnify with some of the larger platforms like Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix etc

20. Do you have Tailored Mobile Apps for my Business?

Yes, we offer Tailored Mobile Apps (iOS and Android) for your Business. It’s available on the Advance and Premium plans for as low as $50/month billed annually. We do not offer mobile apps on monthly plans.

21. What is included in White-labelling?

In White-labelling, we will have your domain mapped to your primary domain or subdomain, We will remove the Powered by logo from your Website, Mobile Apps and Emails. White-labelling is only available in the Premium Plan.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You can sign up and use Omnify for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on our annual plans, when they are paid upfront. The Annual discount cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

What are the payment processing charges?

We charge a small 0.5% fee on top of the payment gateway charges.

Can I change my plan later on?

Yes, sure. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

How much does Omnify cost after the free trial?

Our prices start at an affordable $25 /month. You can continue using our free plan if you are an individual serving up to 10 active customers a month.

Who is an 'active customer'?

Any of your customers who has booked any of your services in the last 30 days or has an active membership or classpack with your business, is an active customer.

What if I want to cancel the service?

You can cancel at any time and we won't charge your credit card again. You can export your booking history and client list. Once the term you paid for is over, access will be limited. If you decide to come back, you can restore your account by upgrading your subscription. However, if you terminate your subscription without completing your term, no amount will be refunded and your account will remain active till the subscribed term period.

Omnify is built for Small and Medium sized businesses and professionals who is looking for a software to manage their scheduling, customers and grow online.

Do I get a website while signing up for Omnify?

Yes, Omnify gives you a hosted website (yourbusiness.omnify.com). You can customise your website, list your offerings and collect payments from your clients online.

I have a website, can I integrate the booking system to my website?

Quite seamlessly. You can embed the booking widget in your website. Just copy and paste the code we give you into your website builder. You can view the tutorial and do it yourself or send the code to your website developer.

Will my website work on mobiles and tablets?

Your Omnify website and widget is designed to work with all kinds of devices. It is fully compatible with Mobile phones, Tablets and Laptops. You just need a working internet connection.

Can I make changes to my website?

Definitely. You can customise your website, upload your logo, photos, contact information, social links anytime you want. You can create and publish your facilities, events, classes etc from the dashboard and collect bookings online instantly. NO technical expertise needed.

Can I use Omnify in any browsers?

Omnify works perfectly in Safari and Chrome

How will I know when someone makes a booking online?

Omnify notifies you via email when a booking is made. Omnify also sends your client auto confirmation messages and reminders via email

Can I block or make slots unavailable for my clients?

Yes, definitely. If you are unavailable or there is some maintenance or due to some other activity, you want to make the slots unavailable to your clients. You can simply do that by disabling that particular slot or slots from your dashboard.

What if a client needs to cancel?

You can set your cancellation policy and decide how much advance notice is required. Clients can also cancel themselves online and you can make cancellations from your dashboard or reschedule.

Can I make bookings for my clients who call instead?

Most definitely. You can take bookings over the phone or in person and add it to your Dashboard. You can also send payment links to your customers via email.

Are there any chances of duplicate booking?

Omnify shows real-time availability of slots and makes sure there are no double bookings. It’s completely cloud-based
