Manage Multiple Locations with Single Sign-On
With Single Sign-On, you will be able to use one set of login credentials (e.g., email and password) to access multiple locations with Omnify.
This feature is a major improvement to how you were accessing multiple businesses before. Now you can login with one email and switch between different Locations without having to log-out.
For existing users:
If you are an existing user of Omnify and you have multiple locations (accounts), all you have to do is add your primary email ID as an admin from the Team Management page.
(Dashboard >Team> Team Members> Add Team Member)
For new users:
If you are a new user, all you have to do is sign-up with your primary email ID. If you have multiple locations, sign-up again with the additional location with the same primary email ID. Once you’ve signed up, you will be asked, which location you want to access. Select and then proceed
If you have multiple locations, on login, you will be asked which location you want to access. Select the one and then proceed.
If you are on the Dashboard and want to access the other location(s). All you have to do is click on your profile and then click on Switch Business.
Adding Trainers/Team Members to Multiple accounts:
If you have a Team Member who is also a part of the teams in different locations, you can add them with a single email ID.
All you have to do is add their primary email ID and choose a role from the Team Management page. They will be able to login with the same credentials.
Once they’ve logged in, they will be asked which location they want to access. Select and then proceed.
The accounts though linked will function individually.
You will have to purchase separate plans for separate accounts
