Institute of the Arts Barcelona (IAB) is a Higher Education conservatoire that offers topnotch technical training and academic study on a multitude of bespoke programmes in acting, dance, music, theatre and vocal performances. Isabel Artigues is the Director of Health Services here and was overburdened with chaotic scheduling and administering tasks over and above her already towering responsibilities of the on-site health clinic inside the conservatoire.

Hello! I'm Isabel Artigues. I am posted as the Director of Health Services at the performing arts conservatoire called the Institute of the Arts Barcelona in Spain.
What kind of business do you run?
As a healthcare professional I have the duty of running the health clinic on-site the conservatoire. The health clinic runs various medical services like physiotherapy, massage, nutrition and psychology and also regular wellness classes like yoga, pilates and fitness.
What challenges were you facing and what motivated you to solve them?
The biggest challenge that I was facing before I subscribed to Omnify was to manage the appointments and bookings for say massages or physiotherapy, schedule yoga and pilates classes etc. The organization part for me was relatively chaotic and troublesome. Even the payments method was rather one of the most difficult ones to streamline and actually gave me a headache! Omnify came to my rescue and it provided me a platform like never before. The whole scheduling, booking, payments and managing part were fixed at one go.
How do you use our product, and how have you benefited from using Omnify?
So, as I said the on-site health clinic has various services to offer from medical services to wellness hence managing all of it plus the clients, the staff and the finances was crazy and haphazard. With Omnify, managing the on-site clinic remotely became easy and effortless.
How has Omnify improved your day-to-day life?
Omnify has definitely taken away the extra time and effort that I earlier needed to organize my work schedules and the additional worries attached to it. Today I have time and energy to pursue my other interests while keeping the on-site clinic alive. It has also allowed me to grow the business to different services & classes (and now to a virtual clinic) pretty seamlessly.

Most of the times the Omnify customer service has been great, very timely and helpful. And it keeps getting better!
How have we managed to help you in the growth of your business? Can you share some revenue numbers/growth percentages etc.?
We joined Omnify in 2017-18. As we operate during the academic year, the first year with Omnify marked a growth in services and classes. We were delighted that our average monthly in 2018-19 increased to over a whopping 40%. We were able to maintain it even in the next academic year of 2019-20.
